Fair:
During the (February)GSMA there will a price variation on all our accommodations. (Flats: 90 Euros extra/ night) The price will be calculated based on information found on our website.
Utilities:
Flats: For stays of less than 30 days: included
Flats: For stays of 30 or more days: utilities are paid at end of the stay, since they are not included in the price.
Rooms: Included
Check in outside office hours:
If you arrive outside our opening hours (Monday-friday 12:00 - 17:30)
or during a holiday or weekend: 45 €
Check-in between 23.00 and 08.00 (regardless of day of week): 65 €
Stays for less than 30 days
Between 1 May and 15 September
Between 26 December and 3 January
Apartments:
Will have an extra cost per night (this cost is not included in the budget price).
Total extra cost per night for:
1 person: 10 € / 2 people: 20 € / 3 people: 30 €
4 people: 35 € / 5 people: 40 € / 6 people: 45 €
7 people: 50 € / 8 people: 55 € / 9+ people: 60 €
Rooms:
stays between 1 May and 15 September will have a total supplement of 5 euros per night, this cost is not included in the budget price.
